A 922B Caterpillar wheel loader received the top price of $21,000 at the Portee Station clearing sale at Blanchetown on Friday.
Graziers Ian and Mary Clark were happy with the sale, as 99 per cent of the items sold, which included machinery and equipment, and antique or museum items.
The vendors have retired and sold Portee Station homestead and shearing shed after the clearing sale for more than $1 million.

About 70 registered for the clearing sale, including collectors, antique dealers, farmers, neighbours and friends.
A lone buyer from Victoria put a $4000 bid on a 4WD troop carrier prior to auction and was granted the purchase.
Other large sales included a SAME tractor, which also sold for $4000; a wool press went for $3500; a dinghy with outboard motor $1500; Broomwade air power unit $1450; and a dining table with six chairs $1060.
The sale was held by Brock Harcourts Barossa with auctioneer Mike Bogan.
