Being offered this week at a special price of $89,500, including GST, our buy of the week is a Massey Ferguson 187 big square baler being offered by the Farmers Centre, Keith.
Described as being an ideal baler for hay and silage baling, the MF 187 is on tandem axles and makes 2.4-metre by 1.2m by 0.9m bales.
It is equipped with bale ejection, Teflon charged chamber liner and a heavy-duty roller bale chute.
It is also fitted with MF's rotary cutter system.
The machine also features full in-cabin monitoring, central lubrication and electro-hydraulic bale-density control.
Dealer principal Mike Snajdar describes the 2004-build baler as in excellent condition.
"It is a real credit to the owner who traded it on a later and bigger MF 2170 machine," Mike said.
"It still has the appearance of a new machine," he added.
