Lamb farms primed for huge demand

MASSIVE opportunities exist for Australia's lamb producers with booming global demand and shrinking supply.

However, one of Australia's largest suppliers of prime lamb genetics, Tom Bull, Holbrook, New South Wales, says producers are "stuck in a box" between wool and meat and are unsure of the way forward with the large range of sheep breeds and diversity in production systems.
