$35,000 high on day one of Brahman Week

Brahman bulls have sold to a high of $35,000 on day one of the three-day Brahman Week sale at Gracemere.

The early market leader was Bremer Vale Boss Manso, a grey 35-month-old, sold by Mike Peters, Bremer Vale Stud, Rosewood.

It was bought by Ron and Daphne Kirk and family, Yenda Stud, Gayndah.

The bull scanned fat measurements of 10mm and 8mm at rump and rib respectively, and an eye muscle area of 129 sq cm.
