Open up water market: alliance

29/08/2008 4:30:00 AM

Mr Flynn said New South Wales had passed legislation to allow competition in the water sector, and South Australia should do the same.

If measures such as stormwater harvesting were adopted, they would cost the average householder only an extra $20 a month.
